A leak under the sink: what to check before calling
If there is water under the sink, turn off the two stop valves in the cupboard. If you cannot find them, or the water will not stop, turn off the main supply and ask for a visit. FALCORE Servicios handles leaks in Paterna, Valencia, and nearby towns.
What to check
The water ends up on the floor, in the cupboard, and sometimes in the flat below.
The drip usually comes from the trap (the plastic bend under the drain), a seal, or the tap itself. A clear photo helps more than a long explanation.
If you would rather not take anything apart, you do not have to. Ask for a visit and we will look at it at home.
